Ticket Terms and Conditions

No refund, no exchanges, no re-admission. The event may be rescheduled without prior notice. This ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused, any time upon refunding the purchase price. If the Holder acts in a disorderly manner or violates management’s rules or regulations, admission may be denied without refunding the purchase price. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so, are void. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. User consents to a personal search before entry. If the Holder elects not to consent to these searches, the Holder will be denied entry into Van Andel Arena. Van Andel Arena is a smoke-free venue. The holder of this ticket is admitted on the condition and by using this ticket agrees he or she will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event to which this ticket admits him or her. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Grand Rapids Griffins. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. This holder grants permission to the Participating Clubs and their agents and affiliates to utilize the holder’s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event which this admits him or her. Despite enhanced spectator shielding measures, pucks or other event-related items may still fly into the spectator area. Stay alert at all times. If struck, immediately ask the usher for directions to the nearest Medical Station. THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from or related in any way to the event of which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. By entering the premises, patrons, on behalf of himself/herself and minor(s), acknowledge and assume the risks and dangers associated with entering the premises and being exposed to Naturally Occurring Diseases, including but not limited to contraction of the novel coronavirus or COVID-19, and are deemed to have given a release of liability. Additional terms and conditions governing the use of this ticket as well as policies applicable to the ticket holder’s access to the arena are posted on the Griffins website (griffinshockey.com). This ticket is a contract between the Holder and the team and as such, Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the team, the arena owner, the American Hockey League, and the officers, agents, managers, directors, employees, governors, and affiliates of the foregoing.
