The Griffins signed Spezia to a two-year deal while Lashoff will embark on his unprecedented 14th season with Grand Rapids on a one-year contract.
Bliss was signed by Grand Rapids with a month left in the season and totaled three games before suffering a season-ending injury on April 3.
Defenseman Seth Barton dealt with injuries for much of the season and ended the campaign with six points (1-5—6) in 20 games with the Griffins.
