The Griffins’ five-year tenure in the International Hockey League comes to an end with a 2-0 loss to Orlando and rookie forward Ben Simon in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals at the TD Waterhouse Centre. The Solar Bears go on to claim the final Turner Cup by defeating Chicago in five games.
