The Griffins lose their first Game 7 ever played on the road, ending their season with a 4-1 loss at Manitoba in the North Division Semifinals. Scott Parse ties the game at 1-1 on a deflection 8:30 into the third period, but after a subsequent Matt Ellis goal is disallowed, the Moose score three times – including into an empty net – in the final six minutes to advance.
