FRIDAY, DEC. 23 GAME RESCHEDULED TO WEDNESDAY, JAN. 4

The American Hockey League has announced that the Griffins game scheduled for Friday, December 23 has been postponed due to the threat of severe weather.

All 12/23 tickets will be valid for the new game date, Wednesday, January 4th at 7:00 pm.

Changes will automatically be reflected on your mobile tickets account, so you do not have to exchange your tickets. If you have a non-mobile version of tickets, your tickets with the old date will work for the rescheduled date, so please hang on to them.

You also have the opportunity to exchange your purchased 12/23 tickets for tickets to any future Griffins home game, excluding 12/31 and 3/4. To make this exchange request, please fill out the EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM at the bottom of this page and follow the prompts to request a new game date prior to the posted deadline.

OPTIONS FOR 12/23 TICKET HOLDERS

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER HOME GAME
Until the deadline below for each game, you may exchange your tickets for another home game, exclusions apply. On the EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM below, you may choose to EXCHANGE your tickets. All tickets on your order will be exchanged, and you will receive seats as close to your original seats as possible for the new game date of your choice, based on availability. These tickets will show on your Griffins Account Manager account within 3 to 5 business days. For more details on mobile ticketing, please visit our Mobile Ticketing Guide.

EXCHANGE EXCLUSIONS
GRIFFINS READING GOALS:
If you had Griff's Reading Goals bookmarks for Friday's game that you redeemed online, you may exchange them for any of the next eligible dates only (February 15, March 19, or March 29). These will be made available at will-call on the night of the new game date. Remember to bring your bookmarks!

DONATION RECIPIENTS:
Those who received tickets through donation are limited to their game's respective makeup date.

SECONDARY MARKET ONLINE PURCHASES: All tickets purchased through a secondary market resale site (e.g. StubHub, Seat Geek, Vivid Seats, Gametime, etc.) are subject to the refund and policy of the ticket marketplace and are not eligible to be exchanged for another game other than the respective rescheduled date. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.

REFUNDS
If you would rather receive a refund, please fill out the REFUND REQUEST FORM below the deadline of Tuesday, Jan 3 at 5:00 p.m. Provide all information that matches your ticket order (full name, email address, and phone number). All tickets on your order will be refunded, LESS ANY SERVICE FEES (this is mentioned at the time of online purchase and in our ticket policies). Partial refunds will not be allowed. Your request will be processed within 48 hours of submission. It may take up to 10 business days for funds to return to your account via the original method of payment. By requesting a refund, less service fees, you forfeit all tickets purchased for the rescheduled game date and will have to purchase again if tickets are available. Please include your order confirmation number and a couple of your seat locations with your request to expedite locating your order. If you have multiple order confirmation numbers, please include them on the same form.

SECONDARY MARKET ONLINE PURCHASES
All tickets purchased through a secondary market resale site (e.g. StubHub, Seat Geek, Vivid Seats, Gametime, etc.) are subject to the refund policy of the ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.

SEASON TICKET MEMBERS
Fulls and 20-Game Plan tickets are not refundable, however, members can exchange their game tickets in their account manager for a new game. If members purchased additional tickets, those tickets are refundable via this form. 10-Game Plan members must fill out the exchange form in order to make an exchange for another game date.

GROUPS TICKETS
If you are a member of a group or purchased off a group promo code offer, please do not submit the exchange form until you have received communication from the person who organized your group. He/she is in contact with their Griffins rep who is presenting them with options for your group.

REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUEST DEADLINE

  • The deadline to request a refund or to exchange your 12/23 tickets is Tuesday, January 3 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
